My dashboard frequently loses it's connection with the VR headset, what can I do?

There can be several reasons for your dashboard to lose the connection with the VR headset. The most common issue we see is that the WI-FI reception is not strong enough for a stable network connection between the devices. And because Corpus VR needs a stable connection to work correctly it's important to have a good WI-FI signal. 


What can you do about it? 

Well, if the distance between your devices and the WI-FI antenna is too far you can try to move closer to the antenna. But we understand this is not always possible. In that case, you can add a WI-FI Repeater/Range extender. This is a small device that will boost the range of your WI-FI signal. Put it half-way between your antenna and your devices for optimal coverage. You can find WI-FI Range Extenders at Amazon or your favorite computer store.
