At Corpus VR, we continuously enhance our solutions to improve accessibility and user experience. As part of this effort, we are phasing out support for older VR systems such as the Pico G2 4K, Neo 2, and smartphone-based VR. This strategic decision aligns with our goal of making advanced VR training more inclusive and widely available.
By transitioning away from these outdated systems, we can:
Deliver more robust and consistent VR experiences.
Reduce technical barriers for users with varying devices.
Invest in technologies that better support diverse user needs.
Why are we discontinuing support for older systems?
Lack of platform support, such as from Google (Cardboard VR).
Technical issues can no longer be resolved, making it impossible to maintain the quality you expect from us.
Lower quality VR experiences compared to modern systems.
Absence of new tracking capabilities. Modern systems allow us to expand and add exercises for different body parts more easily.
Think of it like WhatsApp, which eventually stops supporting older phones.
